Warranty & Returns
Digicam Store offers a 14-day warranty on all cameras sold. This does not apply to accessories such as batteries, chargers, charging cables, memory cards, pouches, or wrist straps.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To request a refund, the following criteria must be met:
An unboxing video must be provided to show that the item arrived in a damaged or faulty condition not described in the listing. The video must start with the package unopened and remain unedited.
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging.
The item must not have been disassembled, damaged, or altered in any way.
Damage due to misuse (e.g., water damage, oxidation, dropping, impact damage, or general wear and tear) is not covered.
Any modifications or repairs made by the buyer or a third party will void the warranty.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or faulty.
The request must include the original receipt.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
All sales are final for war/conflict-affected regions.
Acts of God affecting shipping are not covered.
Returns are subject to a 25% return fee, which the buyer agrees to upon purchase.
